Only the lazy are not writing about this subject today. But everyone for some reason is looking in the wrong direction. Let me explain:
- Our country has a stock of dollars
- The currency of our country - roubles - is held by other countries
- We - Russia - are planning to sell oil for roubles in the future
- Everyone who buys oil from us in the future will have to look for these roubles to buy oil
- The harder it is to look for them, the more expensive they will be
Naturally, the task is simple - we need to drop the rouble to the bottom, and then buy all the roubles that we can, giving away the dollars that are no longer needed and not guaranteed by anything. This will help concentrate all of the roubles inside thecountry and to assign their price independently, while holding and releasing more money to the market.
Meanwhile there will be a short-term increase in prices and a reduction in living standards, but it's like an incision by a surgeon - a little painful at first, but then you will be healthy and strong for the rest of your life.
I am sincerely surprised by the hysteria and resentment against the government regarding the devaluation of the rouble. Is it so hard to look more than a month into the future? Everything is done correctly and wisely, so everything will be all right, guys =)

오로지 게으르지 않다면 오늘 루블화전쟁 이야기를 쓰게 되어있다. 허나 사람들은 엉뚱한 방향을 바라본다. 그 이유를 설명하자:
- 우리 러시아는 달러화 상당액을 보유하고 있다.
- 우리나라는 루블화 화폐를 쓰는데, 다른 나라들이 이것을 보유하고 있다.
- 우리 러시아는 장차 석유를 루블화로 판매할 것이다.
- 우리한테서 석유를 사는 어느 누구도 석유대금으로 루블화를 필요로 한다. 그런데 왜 루블화를 이렇게 쉽게 던져버리는가? 미쳤다..
- 루블화를 확보하기 어렵게 되면 석유대금은 더 비싸지는 것이다.
자연히 일은 간단해진다 - 우리는 루블화를 바닥까지 떨어트릴 것이다, 그러면 바닥에 떨어진 저렴한 루블화를 사들이게 되는데, 달러화를 갖고 싼 루블화를 산다. 왜냐하면 달러화는 이제 필요가 없기 때문이다. 달러화로는 어떤 물건이고 제대로 적정한 가격으로 살수도 없다. 이것은 러시아 내에서 모든 루블화로 집중하는것을 도와준다. 러시아내 재화릐 가격은 독립적으로 이뤄진다.

한편 짧은기간동안 물가가 오를 것이다, 그러면서 생활수준이 저하된다. 허나 외과의사가 수술을 할때 - 처음에는 고통스럽다, 허나 시간이 지나면 건강해질 것이고, 생애의 남은 기간동안 강해지는 것이다.
나는 사실 우리 정부에 대해 루블화가 하락했다고 항의하고 히스테리를 표하는 것을 보며 진짜 놀랐다. 그런 행동은 오로지 한달만을 생각하는 것이지 장래를 보지 못하는 단견일뿐이다.
모든 일은 정확하게 지혜롭게 자리를 찾아간다, 그게 옳은 일이다, 친구여 =)
